A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Richfield will occur for the 2026 assessment year.
Upcoming road projects
The following roads will be re-blacktopped this summer: Klondike Drive, between roundabout and Washington Ave, Klondike Drive from Cth T half mile to the west, Klondike Drive betrween Cth T and Arpin-Richfield Rd, and Bluff Drive between Ward Blvd. and Bethel Rd.
The projects will involve pulverizing the existing road, adding 3" of road base and then paving 2 inches of asphalt.
The project is expected to start around July 7 and is expected to last about 3 weeks but could change due to weather delays.
